MaverickAI is built on a simple principle: your scenarios are yours. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not store more than we need to deliver the service. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and how.

Who We Are

MaverickAI is operated by Gro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve MaverickAI:

Scenario text — the situation you describe when running an analysis. This is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing and is not stored by us after the analysis is returned.
Anonymous device identity — a randomly generated ID stored locally on your device. Used to manage your session. Not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID.
Subscription status — managed by RevenueCat. We receive your subscription tier (free or bronze) to determine what features to unlock. No payment details are stored by us.
App diagnostics — crash reports and performance data via Apple and Expo. Used only to fix bugs and improve stability.

What We Do Not Collect

Your name, email address, or Apple ID
Location data
Contacts, photos, or any device content
Behavioural tracking or advertising identifiers
Any information about the people you describe in your scenarios

Sign in with Apple

MaverickAI uses Sign in with Apple. Apple does not share your personal email address with us. If you choose to use Apple's private email relay, we receive only the anonymised relay address. We do not store this address.

Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate MaverickAI:

Anthropic (Claude API) — receives your scenario text to generate analysis. Governed by Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy
RevenueCat — manages in-app subscriptions and entitlements. No payment card data is shared with us.
Cloudflare Workers — proxies API requests between the app and Anthropic. No data is logged or retained.
Apple (TestFlight / App Store) — distributes the app and provides crash diagnostics.
Expo / EAS — used for building and distributing the app binary.

        No third-party service we use receives data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
      

How We Use Your Data

To deliver the Enigma Radar analysis you requested
To manage your subscription and unlock the appropriate features
To identify and fix bugs and improve app performance
To respond to support requests you initiate

Data Retention

Scenario text is processed in real time and is not stored by Gro Ltd after your analysis is returned. Anonymous session identifiers are stored locally on your device and cleared when you uninstall the app. Subscription records are retained by RevenueCat for as long as your subscription is active.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

Access any personal data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Object to or restrict processing
Data portability
Lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk

Children

MaverickAI is not directed at children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of MaverickAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
